Omschrijving
In the Remindo Player environment, there are two ways to automatically clear results that have reached a certain age. You can do this by:
- anonymize the data
- delete the data
In addition, you can also anonymize or delete a single candidate's result. To do this, go to the results page, click “Advanced Options” in the menu, and then select “Anonymize Result.”
Possibilities
By default, the data will never be anonymized or deleted. If you do choose to anonymize or delete the data, you can specify in the settings how many years must have passed before the actions are executed. applied.
Anonymize
When results are anonymized, results belonging to the same user are grouped together using a one-to-one relationship. If a result has been anonymized, the candidate’s name is replaced with the word “Candidate” followed by a number, for example, “Candidate 1234.” As a result, in the list of results—for example, in the Analysis section—all the data associated with the result is available, but cannot be traced back to an individual. This ensures that the analytical data for the blueprint or test moment remains intact.
In addition, a randomization factor can also be used. The randomization factor chosen determines how often a candidate’s results are regrouped. The more results that are regrouped, the greater the impact on the analyses—since the regrouping causes candidates’ results to end up in a different group.
Delete
In addition, you can set the system to automatically delete data. Here, too, you can specify after how many years the data should be deleted. By default, the data will never be deleted.
It is possible to automate the anonymization or deletion of data. You can set different retention periods for the two options. For example, anonymize after 1 year, delete after 5 years.
